Recently when performing MSN SEO we have found that Microsoft is making a stance against FireFox users. Most firefox users I know still use MS products such as outlook, excel and word. If you are to get any updates, upgrades or any other features you must use IE. It will be interesting to see how this effects the SEO community. Many of which use the FF browser exclusively for their daily operations. This will cause them grief when they have to revert to a "self" abondonded browsers. As an SEO Expert if you are providing search engine optimization services and are not using IE you will soon be forced to do so for all engine traffic. I personally use both browsers equally as we do cross browser testing on all of our enhancements. here is the notice that I have seen twice in the last 36 hours. To upgrade to the latest version of the browser, go to the Internet Explorer Downloads website. If you prefer to use a different web browser, you can obtain updates from the Microsoft Download Center or you can stay up to date with the latest critical and security updates by using Automatic Updates. To turn on Automatic Updates:

1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.
2. Depending on which Control Panel view you use, Classic or Category, do one of the following:
   • Click System, and then click the Automatic Updates tab.
   • Click Performance and Maintenance, click System, and then click the Automatic Updates tab.
3. Click the option that you want. Make sure Automatic Updates is not turned off.
