Learn about your computer

I am sometimes reminded just how technical our jobs have become when we meet a new client. Under new website design testing environment we had changed out a background color on a new website design for a company here in Orange County. What ensued was a 20 minuted tutorial on how to clear the browser cache and set it to get a fresh page each visit to avoid the same issue in the future. The client was amazed that so much goes on behind the scenes. We are providing these basic computer user tip links to help people to 'keep catching up' to the technology that is racing ahead. These advances are making the knowledge rich more knowledge wealthy and leaving the less knowledgable behind. Best to you, let us know if you need any help with your technology. Introduction to computers Parts of a computer Using your mouse Using your keyboard Turning off your computer properly These links relate to the new microsoft vista operating system. If you have another system some of the basics still apply and should be a good starting place for your computer education.
